Fiction from somewhere on the coastal edge of things.
The author and the writing
R. Delacorme tells stories from somewhere on the coastal edge. He is sometimes seen with a machine.
“I found it by the road, or perhaps someone gave it to me. I no longer remember. It takes my stories and stray thoughts and finds them a proper place on the page,” he explains.
He insists the machine is only a tool. This would be easier to believe if it had not recently begun to resemble him, and if certain stories did not appear to recognise it.
